Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description .

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order information and clear photos showing the issue. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind or no longer wanting the item

Incorrect size or fit (unless the size sent differs from the listing)

Normal signs of wear or use

Damage caused after delivery

Items that are accurately described and pictured in the listing

Once the returned item is received and the issue is confirmed, a refund will be issued. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly described/sent.

Please contact me before sending anything back so I can provide return instructions. Thank you for understanding and for giving me the opportunity to make things right!

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 days to obtain a reprint if the item is found damaged or defective upon delivery.

Exchanges No exchanges. Please double check your order is correct and complete before submitting.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at speedlifeapparel@gmail.com.
